Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow fluff

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add the brown sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Press about two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan.
  • Spread the marshmallow fluff evenly over the peanut butter base.
  • Take the remaining dough and make small flat discs, put them over the marshmallow fluff.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
