Materials

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
  • Brush each chicken breast with olive oil on both sides
  • Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl
  • Season both sides of each chicken breast with the spice mixture
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes
  • Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket with space between pieces
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then flip each breast
  • Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  • Remove chicken and rest for 5 minutes before slicing
  • Serve warm
