- 4 fresh ears of corn husks and silk removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish parsley, cilantro, or chives
Remove husks and silk from each ear of corn. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
Brush each ear of corn lightly with olive oil.
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 2-3 minutes.
Place corn ears in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each ear.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
Check for doneness - corn should be bright yellow with slight charring.
