Ingredients
  

  • 4 fresh ears of corn husks and silk removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish parsley, cilantro, or chives

Instructions
 

  • Remove husks and silk from each ear of corn. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  • Brush each ear of corn lightly with olive oil.
  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place corn ears in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each ear.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
  • Check for doneness - corn should be bright yellow with slight charring.
  • Remove corn from air fryer and immediately brush with softened butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Serve hot.
