Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1 ounce packet au jus gravy mix
  • 4-6 pepperoncini peppers whole or sliced, plus 1-2 tablespoons of juice
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces

Instructions
 

  • Place Chicken: Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Add Seasonings: Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes over chicken.
  • Add Pepperoncini: Add pepperoncini peppers and juice.
  • Add Butter: Place butter pieces on top.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Shred: Shred chicken with two forks and stir into the sauce.
