- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for coating
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon for coating
Preheat oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper
