Ingredients
  

  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry cherry tomatoes thoroughly
  • Drain mozzarella and cut if needed
  • Wash and dry basil leaves gently
  • Thread tomato onto skewer halfway down
  • Add mozzarella piece
  • Fold and add basil leaf
  • Top with second cherry tomato
  • Arrange on platter and drizzle with oil and balsamic before serving
