- 12 fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 wooden skewers or toothpicks
Wash and dry cherry tomatoes thoroughly
Drain mozzarella and cut if needed
Wash and dry basil leaves gently
