- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth plus 1 cup for stuffing
- 2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn, green beans
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt divided
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper divided
- 1 box 6 oz herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup butter melted
