  • Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Cottage Cheese: 1/2 cup full-fat is best
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • All-Purpose Flour: 1 1/2 cups
  • Baking Soda: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chocolate Chips: 1 cup semi-sweet, milk chocolate, or your choice

Instructions
 

  • Mix butter and sugar.
  • Add wet ingredients (cottage cheese, egg, vanilla).
  • Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt).
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • (Optional) Chill dough.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet.

  • Cool cookies.
