Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 graham cracker sheet crushed (for topping)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • In a jar, combine milk, yogurt, cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla. Whisk until mostly smooth.
  • Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds until well combined.
  • Fold in the diced strawberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
