Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet onions
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Keto Bread Crumbs
  • avocado or vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice onions into 1/2-inch rings.
  • Prepare keto bread crumbs
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl. Mix almond flour, Parmesan, and spices in another bowl.
  • Dip onion rings in egg, then coat with the dry mixture. Repeat for a thicker coating.
  • Heat oil to 350°F (180°C). Fry onion rings in batches until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve the onion rings
