Ingredients
  

  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • ΒΌ cup cold strong coffee or 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder optional
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out seeds
  • Add vanilla bean seeds to blender
  • Add milk, sugar, and optional coffee
  • Add ice cubes
