- 6 medium fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces milk dairy or plant-based
- 2 ounces hot water 175°F
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water for blending
Wash and hull six medium strawberries, then cut into quarters
Blend strawberries with two tablespoons sweetener and two tablespoons water until smooth
Pour strawberry puree into serving glass
