Ingredients
  

Protein:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized cubes

Pasta:

  • 1 lb rotini fusilli, or penne pasta

Sauce & Dairy Components:

  • 1 12 oz jar of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings & Aromatics:

  • 12 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick herb and garlic seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Ingredients:

  • Broccoli spinach, diced tomatoes
  • Smoked paprika Italian herbs, lemon juice
  • Red pepper flakes fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken:

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Season with your choice of spices.

Sear the Chicken:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 2–4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce Base:

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic, heavy cream, Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, and cream cheese.
  • Stir until smooth and combined.

Add Pasta:

  • Add uncooked pasta and 1 liter of vegetable stock (or as needed to cook pasta).
  • Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes.

Combine Chicken and Pasta:

  • Return seared chicken to the skillet.
  • Cook everything together for another 8–10 minutes.

Finish with Cheese:

  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese gradually.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Top with chopped parsley or basil.
  • Serve hot with a fresh side like salad or garlic bread.
