- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4-5 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch optional
- 2 green onions sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish optional
Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
Remove chicken from pan and set aside
Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, cooking for 30 seconds

Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce
Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until sauce is thick and glossy
