Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dill relish
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Dash of paprika
  • Optional: 2 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice

Instructions

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the special sauce. Refrigerate while preparing other ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just incorporated.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 7-8 minutes, breaking it into crumbles until no pink remains.
  • If using cheese, sprinkle over hot beef in the last minute of cooking and cover briefly to melt.
  • Prepare all vegetables: wash and chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, slice onions and avocado.
  • Assemble bowls by first adding a base of lettuce and optional rice, then topping with beef, vegetables, cheese, and a drizzle of special sauce.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor contrast.
