Instructions
Prepare the Batter
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, McCormick ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
Bread Soaking
Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture for about 30 seconds per side. Make sure the slices are well-coated but not soggy.
Cook the French Toast
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter. Cook 2 slices at a time for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Keep Warm (Optional)
Place cooked slices in a 200°F oven while you cook the rest.
Serve
Top with warmed maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream, or other desired toppings.
