Ingredients
  

For the Graham Cracker Crust:

  • cups graham cracker crumbs about 9–10 full sheets
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

For the Creamy Filling:

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks

For the Cherry Topping:

  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • Optional: fresh cherries for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

  • Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  • Mix with sugar and melted butter.
  • Press mixture into a 9×13-inch pan. Chill while preparing filling.

Make the Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour mixture over crust and smooth the top.

Add the Topping:

  • Spread cherry pie filling evenly on top.
  • Garnish with fresh cherries if desired.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate cheesecake for 4–6 hours or overnight until set.

Serve:

  • Use a knife dipped in warm water to slice cleanly.
