  • 4 cups fresh watermelon cubed and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves optional
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes, removing all seeds and rind
  • Place watermelon cubes and lime juice in blender
