Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower about 2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets (1-2 inches).
  • Wash florets and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • Place cauliflower in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add all seasonings and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Cauliflower should be golden brown and tender when done.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with optional fresh herbs.
